Most of us have head trash that is costing us a fortune. It is costing you your prosperity, abundance, wealth, health & happiness. Unless you are in the top 3% of the wealthiest people on earth, you have it.
In fact, this is the first article I am writing to be published and my head trash has been affecting me. I have been procrastinating writing it. I have been self-sabotaging myself with multiple projects, instead of focusing on one project and completing it.
What is the "Head Trash"?
I have heard several people talk about in different terms.
For example, in "The Secret Code of Success" by Noah St. John, he says it is "Your subconscious Why-Not-To's of Success- the ones you can't see... started silently screaming at you: Hey, what do you think you're doing? You can't handle this! What if you can't keep this going? Why don't you just stop now and avoid the embarrassment later?"
In a class I took by John Assaraf, he called it your C.R.A.P:
ConflictsResistanceAnxietyProblemsShad Helmstetter calls it self-talk. He says in What to Say When You Talk to Your Self that "Most of our self-talk is unconscious; we are not even aware of it. At times our self talk comes in feelings that quite can't be put into words." Leading researchers have told us as much as 77% of everything we think is negative, counterproductive, and works against us.
Another example is the one James Allen uses. He Says "the human mind may be likened to a garden, which may be intelligently cultivated or allowed to run wild." In other words you must weed your garden.

Lastly, Randy Gage talks about Memes in his book Why You're DUMB, SICK & BROKE. Memes are viruses of the mind and we need to reprogram them like reprogramming a computer. Randy says some Mind Viruses are:
Money is bad.Rich people are evil.It is spiritual to be noble or poor.If you struggle and grind it out, you'll be accepted by the rest of the nice people doing the same.Underdogs and the little guys are good; big entities are bad.You have to sell your soul to get rich.Rich people lie, cheat, and steal.CEOs, movie stars and pro-athletes are overpaid.Rich people have lots of money, but they also have many additional problems. Being rich isn't worth it.Money causes good people to go bad.If you deny yourself now, God will provide true prosperity in the afterlife.In conclusion, if you aren't living the life of your dreams, it is because of your head trash. You need to take your trash out, get rid of your C.R.A.P., change your self-talk, weed your garden or reprogram your subconscious thoughts.

Take your trash out and then you must take different actions to get to your goals.
