Oh Clients, Oh Clients, Where Are You?

Do you constantly find yourself on the client hunt, with no results? Do you ever wonder if there are really any clients out there for you? Do you feel like there is something about you that cause clients to run away from you, instead of run toward you?

The thing about generating income in your coaching business is that you need clients. It is great to have a wonderful website, a great message and heart to make a difference. But if you don't have any clients then that makes things extremely challenging. This article provides you with three strategies for attracting your ideal clients.

1. Evaluate Your Client Language:

Are you speaking the same language as your target audience, or are you speaking a language that does not connect with them? If you desire to attract your ideal client you must speak their language. You must use words on your website, in your e-books, articles or in your special report that your target audience can relate to. Your target audience must feel like your words are especially for them.

It is hard for you to attract your ideal client with words that are to general. Words that are too general speak to everyone, but targeted and specific language speak to those you are trying to connect with, in a powerful way. The words jump out at your desired clients in a special way, and show them you understand and you care.

2. Go Where Your Potential Clients Are:

To attract your ideal clients you must go where they go. You can go to network meetings, faith-based gatherings, association meetings, public events, and community meetings. You can also connect socially through the various social networks, blogs or through websites. If you never go where your clients are then you could be missing out on a big opportunity to connect with your ideal clients. The great thing about going where your ideal clients are at is there is no guessing or hoping that you will cross paths with your ideal client.

3. Let Your Potential Clients Know How You Can Assist Them In a Powerful Way:

It is important as a coach to inform your potential clients of all of the great qualities you have that can assist him or her with success. It is also important to let your potential client know why you are passionate about helping him or her to succeed. Your why can be even more powerful than your how. Share important information that will help your potential clients feel connected to you. There are many, many coaches in the world, and you have to let your potential client know how and why you stand out. Don't be shy about sharing this information with your potential clients, this is not boasting on yourself. This is authentically sharing a piece of yourself with your potential clients.
