To build personal aptitude, one must learn to connect with his or her inner self, and draw from past learning, experiences and events to its highest peak. It is important to learn and speak the truth at all times to be free of doubts, fears, guilt, shame, embarrassment. These negative thoughts or behaviors must be abandoned permanently in order for a person to expand memory, and focus on learning to build HSP, ESP, and mastery competence.

Building emotional intelligence or competency requires a person to probe into the mind, find answers and solutions to abandon all negative thoughts including doubts, fears, shame, guilt, anger, hatred, misconceptions, distorted thinking, resentment, biases, prejudices, deception, and other negative emotions to build a higher sensory perception, extrasensory perception, and balanced leadership skills Building mastery capabilities allow you to overcome social phobias, social anxiety, Glossophobia (fear of speaking in public), and other fears that hinder you from success.

In other words, the truth really will set you free. When a person is free of unconstructive thoughts, the person has the power to see his or her way to building effective dexterity or cleverness to become successful business managers, and successful people at home, work and in relationships as a whole.

People who achieve a higher self-development and personal growth phase tend to think outside of the box. These people brainstorm new ideas and are some of the world's great inventors, educators, counselors, business managers, and have the most successful relationships. Masters are happy people who don't let problems get them down; rather they focus on solving problems effectively by brainstorming and testing new ideas and solutions. They are highly skilled, resourceful people with expanded knowledge, expertise, and a strong willingness to continue learning something new every day. These people do not make excuses rather they take responsibility for their wrongs, and make it right by learning from their mistakes and failures to improve skills and achieve higher levels of success. Become a leader!
