Abundance Mentality

The first step in reaching your full potential and achieving everything you want and deserve out of life, begins with your mindset. There are many mindsets you can use, but one of the greatest and most recommended, is known as the abundance mentality.
An abundance mentality is the opposite end of a scarcity mentality. A scarcity mentality is rooted in fear of not having enough, and a fear of loss. Having a scarcity mindset, you live under a belief that resources, friends, and lovers, are limited, and act of insecurity.
An abundance mentality however, is rooted in positivity and confidence. With an abundance mentality, you believe that there is plenty of everything you want in life. There is no need for worry, such as worrying about money, because you live under a belief that there is an abundance of money in the world. You know if one opportunity does not work out, there are plenty others, and it will not affect you in a negative manner.
Someone who lives with a mentality of abundance has no fear of obstacles or difficult situations, because even if they do not work out, since there are so many other opportunities, it does not affect them.
If you have lived most of your life with a scarcity mindset, it is never too late to change. The first step is to become conscious of all of your limiting beliefs. Any thought that is rooted in scarcity, write it down, and become aware of it. The next step, is to begin replacing all of these thoughts with a belief of abundance.
If you stressed over your job, and worried you may be fired, this worry comes from fear of not being able to find another job. If you replace this with a belief that there are plenty of other jobs, it will not only eliminate worry, but also allow you to work at your full potential. Even better, since you are no longer fearful about your job, you'll have greater confidence while you work, and will be on the path to get promoted rather than fired
Another method to incorporating a mentality of abundance in your life, is through visualization exercises. These exercises involve reaching a very relaxed state, and then envisioning abundance in your life. Whether it's a job, money, cars, friends, lovers, or even just a new apartment, the abundance mentality visualization exercises' can help you achieve this.
